YIELD: 6 CASHEW NUT LOAF
COOKING TEMP: 375F PORTION: 3"x 2"
COOKING TIME: 50-60 min COOKING PAN: 9"x 6"baking pan
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Onions chopped : 1/2 cp 1. Saute onions and celery in oil
| Celery chopped : 1/2 cp until tender.
| Oil : 1/4 cp 2. Combine sauteed vegetables with
| Cashews : 1 pt remainder of ingredients. Mix well.
| Bread crumbs : 1 cp 3. Spray 9 x 6 pan with food release.
| Milk : 1 cp Spread mixture in pan.
| Eggs : 5 ea 4. Bake uncovered at 375F for 50-60
| Parsley chopped : 1 Tb minutes. Let set 15 minutes prior
| Sage : 1 ts to cutting and serving.
| Paprika : 1 ts 5. May be served with gravy, if
| Salt : 1 ts desired.
